Our HUD Homes Radio Show will be featuring HUD Homes in general. We will have spots on the radio of "Successfully Selling HUD Homes", "Successfully Lending on HUD Homes" and the great benefits of owning a HUD Home.

We will go through different parts of the sales process as well as some great FHA programs such as the 203k loan and the Insured with Escrow finance type which allows some repair costs that can be added to your FHA loan. Some shows will feature guests from our Listing Broker network.

We will talk about some of the things our Listing brokers are seeing as challenges facing the market in general. We will host guests such as Brian Tracy that will hopefully be participating in one of our guest panelists on the show that will be discussing goal setting and attainment and also do some type of motivational speech.

We will also be discussing marketing strategies on selling HUD Homes. I will give them marketing techniques and strategies of both online and offline marketing. I will also give them details of HUD Homes advertising guidelines.

We will talk about our HUD Photo list which is our unique HUD Homes lead generating systems that is available to all agents that want to generate leads through this.

Ray Warda is the Outreach Manager for the 1S and 2S regions for BLB Resources, Inc. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Ray has been in the real estate industry since 1999 working in the Sales and Finance side of the industry for many of those years.

During his career, Ray focused and implemented on many marketing strategies and has extensive knowledge in both online and offline marketing.

He has worked as an Asset Manager and now currently working in conjunction with the HUD contracts. Ray is an Entrepreneur at heart and has owned a few companies, both in and outside of the Real Estate Industry.
